St. Herman Press

St. Herman Press was founded in 1965 with the publication of the bimonthly journal The Orthodox Word. The Press is run by the brotherhood of St. Herman of Alaska. We are part of the Serbian Orthodox Church in North and South America, in the Western American Diocese. Our mission is to bring the richness of the Orthodox Faith and tradition to the English-speaking world. The brotherhood lives, worships, and works at the St. Herman of Alaska Monastery, Platina, California. Please visit also our monastery website.
